• organize the orientation activities of the CdS 
• coordinate participation in the University's orientation activities

ADVISE 
Composition: • all teachers who have a teaching role in the Courses 
• a student representation equal to 15% of the members of the Board of Directors 
• the technical staff who carry out specific functions relating to the CdS Assignments: 
• definition of the training objectives of the Courses and of the learning outcomes of the students 
• definition of admission requirements and tests 
• planning, delivery and management of the training process • examine and discuss the  (interazione con Gruppo AQ di Dipartimento): SUA-CdS, RAR e RCR
• implement the annual report of the Joint Commission for Teachers and Students (CP-DS) 
• verify the good progress of the teaching activities following the indications of the CP-DS

• supervise the monitoring of student careers and entry and exit paths 
• instruct the measures for teachers and students 
• formulate proposals for the coverage of courses and the completion of teaching activities 
• disseminate and update documents relating to the teaching organisation, norms, rules and deadlines 
• establish the exam and degree exam commissions, to be reported to the Department Director for appointment

• Monitor and evaluate the Department's teaching activities, so as to formulate proposals for improvement
QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGEMENT GROUP (RAR GROUP)

Assignments: 
• assist the President of the Board of Directors in drafting the annual review report (RAR) and the cyclical review report (RCR)

Annual meetings during the production of the RAR and three-yearly meetings for the production of the RCR
STEERING COMMITTEE 
Assignments: 
• evaluate the educational path of the Courses according to the demand of the world of work 
• suggest updates and improvements
TUTORING COMMISSION

• monitor students' careers 
• assist the President of the Board of Directors in organizing ongoing tutoring activities, collecting and analyzing the requests made by the individual teachers of the courses 
• assist the Department's Tutoring Delegate in providing teaching methodological support, directing students towards the University Orientation Desk 
• assist the President of the Board of Directors and the person appointed to the Board of Directors in the organization and management of the admission test to L27 
• assist the President of the Board of Directors and the person appointed to the Board of Directors in the organization and management of the admission test to the LM54 
• assist the President of the Board of Directors in managing the OFA recovery
