General information on Chemical Sciences

The Master's Degree in Chemical Sciences aims to complete students' scientific training in chemistry, deepening their theoretical and practical preparation in the various areas of the discipline and providing specialized knowledge in a specific chemical sector. The Master's Degree in Chemical Sciences prepares graduates capable of working independently and with considerable responsibility in the workforce or continuing their education through PhD, Specialization, and Master's Degree programs. The Master's Degree in Chemical Sciences prepares graduates with specific skills in the Chemistry of Natural and Synthetic Materials (synthesis, characterization, and design) or the Chemistry of Molecular Systems (synthesis, characterization, design, and the study of structure-property and structure-function relationships).

The specific courses for the two profiles take into account the skills and knowledge required to conduct research and development in public and private institutions operating in the fields of materials or agri-food, environmental, and formulations, respectively, and are closely integrated with the faculty's most innovative research activities. The UNIMORE Degree Program in Chemical Sciences has been certified as a "Chemistry Euromaster" since 2024.

The Course of Study introduces itself
