About us
The Department of Chemical and Geological Sciences is the main teaching and research institute in the fields of Chemistry, Geology and Natural Sciences at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Our primary goals are:
- the TRAINING OF STUDENTS in these three scientific disciplines; therefore the Department maintains the Bachelor Degrees in Chemistry, Geological Sciences and Natural Sciences; the Master Degrees in Chemical Sciences and Geological Sciences and Technologies; and the PhD Course M3ES - Models and Methods for Materials and Environmental Sciences;
- RESEARCH , which mainly covers various fields of chemistry and geology and is carried out in collaboration with Italian and foreign Research Centres and Universities.
